We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Accepted methods of payment: VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, Cash and Personal Checks

Gift Cards: Bryll Hair Lounge Gift Cards do not expire. Bryll Hair Lounge Gift Cards given as donations will expire on printed date.  Gift Cards are only redeemable for cash if the value is five dollars or less.

Cell Phones: For the comfort of other guests, we request that ringers be turned off or on vibrate on all cell phones.  If you must take a phone call we do ask that you go outside to complete the conversation.

Children: Although we love children, for the comfort of other guests, please only bring them for their scheduled appointments.  Please do not leave children unattended.

Returns: No cash refunds. Within 14 days of service, if a product is not satisfactory, we will gladly exchange or give in store credit.

Service Guarantee: No cash refunds. Within 14 days of service, if you are not satisfied with your service, we will gladly correct or make an appointment free of charge.

Liability: Bryll Hair Lounge is not responsible for stolen or lost items. Robes are provided for all guests to protect clothing.  Bryll Hair Lounge is not responsible for clothing damaged during service.
